Shipping, delivery times and payment

Your order from the international KOCHELLY online shop will be shipped free to following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and Netherlands.

Depending on the country of destination, delivery time is approx. 4-10 working days. The period begins one day after completing the transaction.

The KOCHELLY online store delivers to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and Netherlands. For deliveries to countries not included in the list above, please feel free to get in touch via our contact form and we will do our best to include your desired destination in the near future.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery takes approx. 4-10 working days. During this time, you can check the status of your package with your tracking number at the following this link.

If your package does not arrive despite a confirmation of delivery, please enquire with your local service point first. It could be that your package was delivered to a neighbour, or that it was brought to one of the delivery partner’s branch offices. If a local representative of the shipping service provider is not able to tell you where your shipment is, please contact our service team. We will help you in trying to locate it. Payment by credit card

We accept current Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Furthermore, we guarantee that your highly sensitive information is completely secure against access by a third party, as we use the latest technology to protect this information and send all data entered encrypted via a 128 bit SSL connection

The amount of the invoice will be booked to your credit card when you submit your order. If you wish to return an item, we will re-credit the amount to your credit card account immediately after the goods have been received and processed. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping fees incurred when returning goods. This includes express delivery fees.

Payment via PayPal (coming soon)

When you select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout and click “next”, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. PayPal enables you to pay simply by entering your e-mail address and password. Your PayPal account will be charged with the corresponding amount and you will receive a confirmation of payment via e-mail

Orders, returns and exchanges

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided once your order has been shipped.

This may be in your junk/spam folder so please check there as well.

If you have not received a dispatch email in the shipping time-frame that you selected please get in touch with our support team via our contact form and they will be able to take a look into this for you.

Please contact our team using the contact form or email address provided with your order details and an image of the fault and a member of the team will be able to get this resolved for you.

You can return any item ordered from the KOCHELLY online store within 14 days of receipt by using the mailing label provided to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Please obtain shipping insurance as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.

We will re-credit the amount of your purchase to your credit card account immediately after the goods have been received and processed. You will not be reimbursed for shipping fees incurred when returning goods.

Please note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers – more or less the same as if you had tried them on in a store – and that items must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to refuse items returned in a worsened condition such that indicates additional usage, and to charge you accordingly.

If you would like to exchange an item, than you must complete a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, a direct exchange or offsetting the price of one item against another is not possible.

Technical support

If you have not received a confirmation email after placing an order please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes they can end up in there!

If you add us to your safe senders list you will not have this issue again.

If after checking these folders you are still unable to locate the email please contact our support team who will be happy to help!

If you are unable to access your account please check that you are using the correct password and email address.

You can select forgotten password to generate a link to be sent to your email address to reset this.
